Only defective and/or damaged merchandise will be accepted for returns. All other items are final sale.
For any defective/damaged returns, we will issue a store credit that will be refunded to your account to repurchase the same item or an item that is equal to the original purchase price paid.
You must email us at email@example.com within 3 days of receipt of your order to let us know if the item that you received was defective and/or damaged. This will start the return process. Please include in your email the order number and the item number(s) for any damaged items to get a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and further instructions on returning the damaged items. Also, please include in your email a brief description of the defect and/or damage to the item and a picture.
Any return without a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA) and copy of the invoice will not be eligible for return.
All original tags and packaging must be in tact and included in return shipping package.
All damaged/defective items are validated at the sole discretion of TSK Boutique during any process of the return period.
Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
